How We Aim to Work
Community-led, accountable, and focused on lasting results
Listen first
Engage community members and relevant institutions to understand local priorities before finalising activities.
Design for inclusion
Consider barriers affecting girls, young women, children, people with disabilities and households facing economic hardship.
Safeguard participants
Adopt appropriate child-protection, participant-safety, anti-harassment and complaint-reporting procedures.
Use resources responsibly
Apply documented budgets, approval controls, procurement procedures, receipts and regular financial reporting.
Measure what matters
Set a baseline, agree realistic targets, track outputs and outcomes, and use feedback to improve delivery.
Plan for continuity
Clarify ownership, maintenance, follow-up and partner responsibilities before activities are handed over.
Monitoring, evaluation and learning
Each programme will use indicators appropriate to its objectives. The Foundation will seek to document who was reached, what was delivered, what changed, what resources were used, and what needs to improve. Personal information will be handled responsibly, and participant stories or photographs will be used only with appropriate consent and safeguarding measures.
